  • I completely understand that plans can change, and I always do my best to be flexible when possible. To help me manage my schedule and accommodate other clients, I do have the following cancellation policy in place:

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service total.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service total, as this does not allow sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client.
